Bio
Fly fishing Cuba should be on every fly angler’s bucket list. The isolated island nation offers a diverse array of pristine flats fishing destinations for the fly fisher. Each of the designated fishing areas are within marine parks keeping them protected and strictly off limits to commercial fishing. These sanctuaries are teeming with abundant populations of bonefish, permit and resident tarpon. Seasonally they also offer excellent opportunities for migrating giant tarpon. Barracuda, jacks, snapper, snook and other predatory species keep things interesting and offer a variety of different opportunities for fly fishers.
